When you request quotes, we collect the details you submit (name, email, phone, ZIP code, and job notes). We also receive calculator inputs, the page where you submitted the request, referral and UTM attribution, and the date and time of your consent.

How we use information

We use the information to respond to quote requests, improve our estimates, measure whether our matching service works, and connect you with selected local service providers. When you explicitly consent through the quote form, we may share or sell that request to providers that can respond to it. We do not sell submitted details for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep information

We retain quote requests while they are needed to provide matching, track outcomes, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We periodically review stored requests and remove information that is no longer needed.
